Our Mission

To provide quality artwork with excellent customer service in a fast and friendly manner.

Our Employees

Our digitizers know how to properly digitize a logo based on factors such as fabric, textures, sizes and threads. Most of our staff has been trained in graphic designing or applied art and have an artistic vision to convert your artwork into beautiful embroidery.

A brief introduction about vector art

and embroidery digitizing

Embroidery Digitizing

Embroidery Digitizing relatively considered to be more likely hobby, craft work, until some years back, had gained significant growth and improved, updated with high tech methods of designing. Thus, embroidery digitizing entered in a zone where the technology has interconnected with the embroidery zone in much more realistic and far better ways. Whether giving a depth and color to the graphical image or design on garment, creating company logo or perhaps giving a more base to the in depth to be used in more fashionable style, the embroidery digitizingits significance couldn’t be ignored.

Logically, embroidery digitizing is the procedure of converting any kind or image, artwork sort of design or text into an embroidery design that could be understood by the embroidery machine and then execute the embroidered design on the garment. Like any other traditional embroiderers, digital embroideries also need artisans whom they called Digitizers or Punchers, these are highly skilled people who are capable of turning any design into the embroidery digitizing whether it is a photo, logo or any kind of illustration by means of set commands through specifically designed software, that later convert the image into the readable machine format for execution.

Embroidery Digitizing art not a piece of cake job to done by everyone, it has a significant language which is learned and understood over a period of time. The more updated the software is the more it is for a digitizer to learn and understand and work on the complexity and hence, makes the new user an ease to hands on the work. A skilled digitizer is aware of the complexity and knows how to get go with the digitizing process. The digitizer know the bits and pieces of the dimensions and designs to work with and to make relevant necessary adjustments like compensating for pull and push and thereby laying more or less properly stabilizing underlay. Being digitizers requires embroidery software to perform the digitizing process. There might be the variations here to be noted that are required by the software that is depended on the machine.

Embroidery Digitizing is not just a fad; it has become the mainstay and an industry in itself.

Vector Art

Vector graphics is the art of creating digital images via series of the commands or mathematical statements that gives the right place shapes and lines within the given two-dimensional or three-dimensional space. In physics, a vector is said to be the representation to both the direction and the quantity at the same time. In the same way, vector graphics, the file that has been created by the digitizer graphical art work is saved as a sequence of vector statement. For Instance, instead of having a separate file for every bit of every line drawn, a consecutive a vector graphic file is a better description where series of points are connected. Single result is in a smaller file.

At any one point, a vector image is transformed into a raster graphics image, mapping bits directly to a displayed space (also called a bitmap). The vector image could be transformed to a raster image file earlier before displaying so that it could be ported between systems.

A vector file is sometimes called a geometric file. Most images created with tools such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw are in the form of vector image files. Animation images are also usually created as vector files.
